I am pleased to introduce Zachary Williams, he will be guest blawging with us for the next month. Zach comes to Forward Movement with great writing credentials. As an undergrad, he was Managing Editor for his college's official newspaper, the Davidsonian, and also contributed to a school-acknowledged blog. As a law student, he was an Editorial Staff Member and published a journal article with The American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Quarterly Journal, Hometaping in the 21st Century: Updating the Audio Home Recording Act to Address Emerging Technologies, 36 AIPLA Q.J. 77 (2008). He also administered and wrote his own personal blog.
Zach studied political science and graduated from Davidson College. He is also a graduate of The George Washington University Law School. He is licensed to practice in Virginia, and currently resides in the Washington D.C. metro area. He is currently acting as a Coordinating Editor for a media distribution group. Included among his current professional associations is his pro bono work for Legal Services of Northern Virginia.
