Sort of - he did receive nearly $ 3 million for his work 2009 work as Fannie Mae GC. That is several times the amount I owe in student loans ... several times several.But Corporate Counsel is reporting this morning he's been pulled into the executive compensation fray. In light of the Christmas Eve announcement of federal backing for Fannie Mae, Mayopoulos' compensation is coming under discussion of "is this appropriate or not?"
